Faith Frey

Faith L. Frey, 50, of Collinsville, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

She was born in Valdosta, GA, on April 5, 1976, the daughter of James "Jim" D. and Kathy L. (Spangler) Conn, Sr.

Faith worked for Home Depot as a cashier. She was of the Pentecostal Faith. Some of her hobbies included shopping, walking at the park and feeding the geese. She loved all animals, especially her cats. Faith was an avid photographer and loved storms. Most of all, she loved spending time with her friends and family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her mother, Kathy of Collinsville; her son, Chris Frey of Collinsville; siblings, Hope Conn of Collinsville, and James (Danielle) Conn, Jr. of Cottage Hills; a niece and nephew, Angelina (fiancé Ethan Bazzell) of Cottage Hills, and Andrew Kallal of Cottage Hills; and a great-nephew, Waylon Bazzell.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jim.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 4 to 7 pm, at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto, where funeral services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 11 am. Pastor Roy Royce will officiate. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.

Memorials are suggested to the Madison County Humane Society.
