Helen Tinsley

Helen L. Tinsley, 90, passed away at 8:15am on Friday, November 10, 2017, at her residence.  She was born on April 26, 1927, in Roxana, the daughter of Preston and Ethyl (Edmendson) Bledsoe. She married Cletus Tinsley and he preceded her in death in October of 2003.  Survivors include two sons: Gregory Tinsley of Prairietown, Illinois, Stephen Tinsley of Hot Springs, Arkansas, one granddaughter: Mindy Englar and her husband: Kenny of Holiday Shores, three great – grandchildren: Conner, Kendra, and Kelsey, and a niece: Terri Patterson of Springfield, Illinois.

Helen was formerly employed as a clerk at the Westerner Club.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one son: Gary, and one sister: Betty Tinsley.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
