Jeanette Goheen

Jeanette M. Goheen, age 69, of Wood River, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Integrity Health Care of Wood River.

She was born February 10, 1949, in Jerseyville, the daughter of Douglas and Walja (Chevichelova) Welch Jr.

Jeanette is remembered for enjoying playing bingo and making crafts.

She is survived by a son, Wesley Goheen; a daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Brent Rawls; three grandsons, Jake Goheen, Garrett McCullough, and Wyatt Rawls; three great-grandchildren, Hayden, Eli, and Jade Goheen; a brother, Alvin Welch; and a sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Ernie Walkington.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A private family burial will be held at Upper Alton Cemetery.

Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
