Jessica Willman

Jessica Marie Willman, 43, died at 2:40 p.m. on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at her residence. 

She was born January 12, 1982 in Alton the daughter of Christine Marie Willman (Waymond North). She worked at Castelli’s Restaurant (Moonlight) for many years. 

Besides her mother, she is survived by her boyfriend, Allen Tuggle, one daughter, Calli Marie Willman, two sons, Marcus Trevor Willman and Jayden Jamar Tuggle, grandson, Trey Matthew Willman, one brother, Jason Willman and one sister, Angela Willman, one aunt, Laura Bernard (David), one uncle, Michael Willman.

No services are scheduled at this time. Memorials may be made to the family.
