John Selhime

John M. Selhime, 47, went to be with the Lord at 8:39 a.m., Thursday, January 26, 2017 at his residence.

Born in Alton on February 26, 1969, he was the son of David and Betty (Via) Selhime.

He had been employed as a HVAC electrician.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a son, Michael Selhime; daughters Kristine, Morgan and Madison Selhime; grandchildren, Gabby Keesler, Maysn and Ayden Patterson; sister, Nancy (Wes) Cannon; nephews, Jake Lavite and Hunter Fabry; niece, Hailey Fabry; and special, loving companion, Georgia Rehme.

Preceding in death were two sisters, Brenda and Susan Selhime.

A Celebration of Life Service was held Sunday, January 29 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
