Joseph Sr

Joseph David Ramsey Sr. 64, of Wood River, Illinois passed away at 11:34 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Integrity Healthcare in Wood River.  He was born May 31, 1951 in Gadsden, Alabama, a son of the late James Ramsey and Johnnie Fay (Clifton) Sailors.  He married Shirley A. (Boyer) Ramsey on May 5, 1970 and she survives.  Also survived by three children, James, Joseph Jr. and Gennie.

In celebration of his life, a private family service will be held at a later date.
