Joshua Bourbon

Joshua Dean Bourbon, 39, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born Oct. 28, 1985 in St. Louis, he was the son of Kenneth “Bert” Bourbon and Lisa M. Lotzer.

Joshua could do anything he put his mind to, and worked in construction, carpentry, and also was a very talented cook. He loved to ride motorcycles.

Survivors include his mother Lisa Lotzer of Menasha, WI and stepfather, Mike Short of Cottage Hills; two daughters, Jayden Trask of Fosterburg and Aries Bourbon of Shipman; a brother, Robert (Tricia) Bourbon and a nephew, Logan Bourbon, all of Dorsey; two half-brothers, Austin Fuller of Meadowbrook and Brandon Fuller of Washington State; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth “Bert” Bourbon.
