Judith Petty

Judith A. Petty, nee Wald, 78, of Belleville, IL, born Friday, October 11, 1946, in Beliot, WI, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025 at Mar-Ka Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Judith worked as a freelance writer for the Rockford Area Music Magazine which she enjoyed tremendously. She was a loving wife, mother and friend and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her:

• Husband, John H. Petty Jr.;

Surviving are her:

• Daughter Nila Petty (Noah Walbridge) of Belleville, IL
