Karen Howard

Karen Ann Howard, 65, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at her residence.

Born March 8, 1955 in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Fred and Mary (Maher) Wagner.

She had been a bookkeeper for the Regional Office of Education.

On October 8, 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Edwardsville, she married Matthew Howard. He survives.

Surviving also are a daughter, Caitlin (Brett) Lesinski of St. Peters, MO; brother, Fred (Linda) Wagner; and sister, Susan (Wray) Green.

Visitation will be from 3-6 pm, Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wood River, where services will be conducted at 10 am, Thursday. Pastor David Schultz will officiate.

Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.

Memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she was a member.
