Katherine Wagenblast

Katherine Marlene Wagenblast, 76, died at 2:26 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025 at OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital. 

She was born May 1, 1949 in Alton the daughter of Lee Clay and Delores Imogene (Brunaugh) Green. On March 6, 1967 in Wood River, IL she married Walter Eugene Wagenblast, and he survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Tammy (Greg) Roark of Godfrey, Teresa Lawson (David Bos) of Zeeland, MI, one son, Tony (Cynthia Shanahan) Wagenblast of Kingwood, TX, three grandchildren, Erica, Josh and Genna, one great grandson, Maverick, three brothers, Richard Green, John Green, Ralph Gerdes and one sister, Debbie Gerdes-Christopher.
