Katy Rabey

64-year-old Katy L. Rabey passed away at 8:48 pm on Monday July 16, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton.

She was born on October 14, 1947 in East St. Louis, IL, the daughter of the late Emmerson E. and Margaret (Little) Rabey.

Katy enjoyed singing gospel songs, and working for Challenge Unlimited Development Training Site.

She is survived by a brother; Watson Rabey of Pontoon Beach, IL.

She was preceeded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 10 am till time of service at 11 am on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton, IL with Pastor Charles West officiating. 

Burial will follow at Upper Alton Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Oakwood 1 group home in care of Residential Options in Alton, Il.
