Kenneth Scoggins Sr

Kenneth David Scoggins, Sr, 70, passed away October 4, 2016.

Born in Greene County on March 3, 1946. He owned Kenny's Barn Cafe in Palmyra.

Survived by his children, Kenneth, Jr. and Randy Scoggins and Cynthia Hand; grandchildren; brothers, Will, Darrell, Paul and Kevin Scoggins.

Private services will be held.

Marks Mortuary in Wood River is in charge of arrangements.
