Kenneth Highsmith

Kenneth Farley Highsmith, 55, of Cottage Hills, IL passed away at 9:30 a.m. Sat. Aug. 27, 2016 at his home while under hospice care.

He was born Apr. 10, 1961 in Alton, IL to Bobbie R. & Laverne (Adams) Highsmith Sr. of Cottage Hills.

Kenney had been a carpet layer for many years.  He was also an accomplished drummer and was a member of many local bands that played in the area.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Bobbie R. Highsmith Jr. of Cottage Hills.
