Lester “Gene” Finch, age 84, of Godfrey, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 10:00 am until time of service at 10:30 am at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton.

Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors.

Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
