Mary LeMasters

Mary Ann LeMasters, 104, passed away at 11:23 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2016 at Jersey Community Hospital.

Born on July 17, 1911 in Weir, KS, she was the daughter of Peter and Mary (Preslen) Kukovich.

In January of 1936 in Olathe, KS, she married Jack LeMasters. He preceded in death.

Surviving are a son, Roger (Alice) LeMasters of Bethalto; two daughters, Nancy Middleton of Irving, TX, Jacqueline (Paul) Plummer of Grafton; two granddaughters, Christie Plummer, Lisa (Jason Hill) LaMasters; two great grandchildren, Eve LeMasters and Vance Hill.

Her parents; husband; four brothers, Bill, Pete, Joe and Frank Kukovich; and four sisters, Emma Larson, Marge Danaher, Madelyn Allen and Rose Schmidt all preceded in death.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Burial will be in Mecklin Cemetery in Oak Grove, MO.
