Mathew Fields

Mathew David Fields, 37, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 of injuries sustained in an accident in Godfrey.

Born September 7, 1987 in Lumberton, NC, he was the son of Terri Shoemaker of Alton and Charles David Fields of St. Paul, NC.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter and three brothers, Joseph Shoemaker of Wood River, Travis Lockhardt in Maine, and Alan Shoemaker in Tennessee.

No services have been scheduled at this time.

Cremation rites were accorded.
