Michael S. West, 47, passed away 3 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2018 at his residence.

Born on February 4, 1971 in Alton, he was the son of Billie C. and Roberta H. (McAdams) West.

Michael had been a maintenance man for Burger King for the past seven years.

On August 25, 2001 in Alton, he married Holly Utt. She survives.

Surviving also are four daughters, Alexandria, Samantha and Jessica Johnson, Carlie Suhling; two brothers, Rev. Eddie West, Billy West; and three sisters, Robin Wright, Tammy Zimmerman and Brenda Fisher.

Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m., Monday, July 16 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
