Pauletta J. Kiel, 54, passed away at 12:18 pm, Monday December 17, 2012 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Baltimore, MD on June 30, 1958 the daughter of the late Boyd and Marjorie (Brown) Keaton.
She loved being outdoors, camping and canoeing. However there was nothing she loved more than being a grandmother.
She is survived by a son and his wife, Joseph and Pypre Hubbard, of Alton; a daughter and her husband, Deana and Seth Meyer of Godfrey; two granddaughters, Michaela Hubbard and Alexis Meyer; a grandson, Tyler Toussaint; two brothers, Sidney Keaton of AZ, and Barry Keaton of WV; and a sister, Sandra Muir of MD.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Boyd Keaton Jr.
Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey is in charge of arrangements.
