Phyllis Chamberlain

Phyllis J. Chamberlain, 84, passed away peacefully at 2:07 am Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Rosewood Care Center in Alton, in the presence of her loving family

She was born on July 5, 1932 in Alton, the daughter of the late Vane & Blanche May (Everett) Graham.

Phyllis married Gary Chamberlain on May 1, 1954. He preceded her in death on October 21, 2015.

She is survived by a son, Dale Chamberlain of Brighton and his significant other, Madi Hawn of Ballwin, MO; two grandchildren, Laura Chamberlain and her fiancé John Kiser of Woodson Terrace, MO and Craig Chamberlain and his wife Erica (McCain) of Alton, one great grandson, Lucas Allen Kiser; a sister, Mary Byrne of Ballwin, MO; a sister-in-law, Barbara Bachman of St. Louis and a brother-in-law, Stanley Ketchum of Wood River. 

Visitation will be from 10 am until time of funeral services at 11:30 am Thursday March 9, 2017 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey with Chaplain Randy Butler officiating.

Entombment will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
