Rebecca Hogle

Rebecca Mae Hogle, 71, died Thursday, January 2, 2025 at OSF St. Anthony’s Healthcare Center. 

Born May 4, 1953 at Scott Air Force Base, she was the daughter of Glenn R. Browning of St. Charles, MO and the late Shirley Mae (Exton) Browning. 

She married Thomas C. Hogle on April 15, 1983 in Alton.He survives. 

Along with her father and husband, she is survived by three daughters, Cooke Hogle of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, Carly Hogle of Alton, and Lesley Hogle of Maryville, one grandchild, Mia Hogle of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, her siblings, Beth Hamilton (Greg) of St. Charles, MO, Tyler Browning (Rose) of Godfrey, and Tamara Hamel (John) of Dittmer, MO, and her pets, Peter, Katey and Bub. 

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.Pastor Terry McKenzie will officiate. 

Burial will be private at Fosterburg Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
