Rhonda J. Biay, 59, passed away Friday, February 26 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Born in Wood River on October 5, 1956, she was the daughter of Ron and Henrietta (DeVault) Harrop of East Alton.
She married Alfredo "Fred" Biay on April 3, 1991 in Norfolk, VA. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are three daughter, Holly (David) Wagner of O'Fallon, MO, Taylor Biay of Wood River, Michele Biay of Granite City; two grandchildren, Stephanie Kirk and Abby Rose Wagner; brother, Rick (Denise) Harrop of East Alton; two sisters, Rene (Steve) Yost of Raymond, Robin Harrop of Independence, KS; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. Tuesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River. Marty Rogers will officiate.
Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
