Ricky Lee Swisher, 54 of Shipman, died at 11:59 P.M. on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital.

He was born in Carlinville, Illinois on November 26, 1961 to the late Dale A. & Edith L. (Wagenblast) Swisher.  His mother survives and resides in Shipman.

Ricky was a carpenter for Pasley Custom Homes for 18 years.

Besides his mother, he is survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister in law; Rodney Swisher of Shipman, Dale & Michelle Swisher of Shipman, 2 nephews; Nathan & Jonathan Swisher, 1 niece; Raina Swisher, 1 cousin Kevin Swisher, 2 Uncles & Aunts; Raymond & Lois Wagenblast and Walter & Kathey Wagenblast.

Preceded in death by his father, 1 sister; Deborah Swisher, 1 uncle; Donald Swisher Sr., 1 cousin Donald Swisher Jr.

Graveside services will be held at Shipman Cemetery on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
