Robert Steele

Robert Lee Steele, Sr., 59, passed away 7:55 pm, Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Aperion Care in Fairfield, IL.

Born in Alton on June 3, 1959, he was the son of Geraldine and Guadalupe (Torrez) Steele.

He had been a self-employed contractor.

Surviving are sons, Robert A. Steele, Robert L. Steele, Jr.,  and Jacob Steele; daughters, Rebecca Steele and Rachel Steele; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2:30 pm Saturday, November 3 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
