Steven McNish

Steven McNish, 64, passed away at 1:43pm on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Bria of Alton. 

He was born on February 17, 1961, in Alton, the son of the late John McNish and Wanda (Sauls) McNish-Cox. 

Survivors include two daughters: Tiffany Medlin of Wentzville, Missouri, Elizabeth McNish of Alton, a sister and brother in law: Tina and Richard Martin of Advance, Missouri, a brother: Tim Cox of Vandalia, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

Steven loved to detail cars, go fishing, and wrestling.  He was a member of the Salvation Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: David and three sisters: Clara, Patty, and Janet.

Memorials are suggested the Salvation Army in Alton.
