
Sue Younger, 80, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at her home.
Born June 13, 1940 in East Alton, she was a daughter of Aldo and Betty (Owen) Rea.
Sue married W. 'Lucky' Younger Aug. 28, 1959. Together they owned and operated Younger Ceramics and Gifts from 1972-1979. Sue also worked for Wal-Mart for about 15 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Younger and Penny Younger, both of Bethalto; a son, Tony Younger of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Sandra (Rob) Kearns, Tad Forgy, Amber Forgy, and Amanda (Adam) Wesselman; her great grandchildren, Tyler Sabin, Gabriel Forgy, Aurora Younger, Emma Campbell, Chloe Younger, Lucy Campbell, and Autumn Wesselman; and her brother, Larry (Ronda) Rea of Collinsville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucky on Nov. 9, 2012; a son, Larry Younger; her parents; and her sister, Phyllis Cox.
According to her wishes, there will be no services.
