Susan Creekpaum

Susan Marie Creekpaum, 62, passed away at 3:45 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2020, at her home.

Born Nov. 21, 1957 in Alton, Illinois, she was a daughter of Bobby E. and Verna Lee (Crow) Creekpaum.

Susan loved her dogs and cats. She took care of her parents for years and loved her grandkids and many 'adopted' grandkids. She enjoyed playing slots, and she was brutally honest, not one to sugar-coat any opinion she had.

Survivors include two daughters, Julie Donaldson of East Alton and Shelly Walter of Granite City; and her grandchildren, Desiree McCollum, Chance Walter, Ethan Walter, Zaric Donaldson, and Abbigail Donaldson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Jenny Marie Creekpaum; her sister, Julia Hannel, and her brother, Michael Creekpaum.
