Thomas Starbuck

Thomas M. Starbuck, 67, passed away at his home on April 28, 2026.

Thomas was born on February 22, 1959 in Alton, IL to John L. and Alice Marie (Rotsch) Starbuck.

He earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. He was an avid bowler.

He is survived by his brother, John R. (Fonda) Starbuck of Wood River, IL; nieces and nephews, Craig (Casey) Starbuck of Wildwood, MO, Melissa (Randy) Harrop of Bethalto, IL, Michelle (Jake) Mitchell of Moro, IL; great nieces and nephews, Ava, Madelyn, Joshua, Nora, Callum, and Reed.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Private graveside services will be held at Valhalla Memorial Park, Godfrey, IL.
