Vivian Eaker

Vivian Loveda Eaker, 89 passed away at 9:50 pm Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Bethalto Care Center.   

She was born February 9, 1926 in Lutesville, Missouri, the daughter of Rosewell and Elsie Lee (Ramsey) Null. 

She married Warren Eaker in Piggot, Arkansas December 6, 1946.  He preceded her in death on April 13, 2009.   

Vivian worked at Owens Illinois Glass and was a member of Bethel General Baptist Church in Bethalto.  She enjoyed painting and reading. 

She is survived by her children and their spouses, David (Mary Ann) Eaker  and Debra (David) Fleetwood all of Bethalto; her grandchildren, Jason, Julie, Tina, Jeremy, Jeff, Tonia, Troy, Trisha, Tammi, Autumn and Brook; her great grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Marie Null, Helen Null and Wilma Dean Null and several nieces and nephews.   

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son and daughter-in-law, Rodger and Cindy Eaker, a sister, Thelma Vallery and four brothers, Bud, Don, Larry and Wilman Null. 

Services were private.

Burial was at Moro Presbyterian Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Bethalto Care Center Activity Fund. 

Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto was in charge of arrangements.
