Wesley Dugan

Wesley Dugan 73, of Alton passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the South Prairie Memory Care in Bethalto.

He was born April 10, 1953 in Tucson, AZ to Virgil and Betty (Dodd) Dugan. He married Sandra K. Gozard September 8, 1989 in Bethalto.

Wesley worked at Moonlight Restaurant for over 50 years, as well as a carpet cleaner. He was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed boating, camping, and jet skiing.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Dugan of Alton; son, Alex Dugan (Shelby Markel) of Alton; daughter, Jami (Chris) Higgerson of Las Vegas, NV and three grandchildren, Noelani, Kai and Kaleo.
