William Evans

William F. Evans, Jr., 46, passed away at 4:17 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2019 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born Oct. 7, 1972 in LaFollette, TN, he was the son of William F. and Nancy Carolyn (Walker) Evans.

Bill worked in heat treatment for refineries and power houses all over the country, but much of the time in Louisiana.

He married Tracy Smith July 31, 2009 in Edwardsville. She survives. Also surviving are his three children, Michael, Nicki and Autumn. He also helped Tracy raise her two daughters, Emily and Autum Shelton. Two sisters also survive.

His mother, whom he loved very much, preceded him in death, also at age 46.

According to his wishes, he will be cremated, and currently no services are scheduled.
