Heavy Rain Causes Flooding Near Fairgrounds

Heavy rains throughout Chautauqua County this morning and afternoon led to some localized flooding in some areas.  This included a portion of Waldorff Road in Dunkirk.  One car had to be removed from the roadway near the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds.
