Illinois Housing Market Making Comeback

The Illinois housing market seems to be making a comeback.  Sixteen-thousand homes sold last month.  That’s up 17-percent compared to this time last year.  On top of that, people are paying about 13-percent more for the homes, according to the state’s Association of Realtors.
