The Buffalo Bills lost their first road game of the season to the division rival New York Jets 27-20.  After trailing by 14 points early in the fourth quarter, the Bills were able to close the gap making it 20-20.  However, despite the Jets incurring a new team record for penalties, the Bills couldn't hang on.  Bills rookie quarterback EJ Manuel says it came down to executing plays.
