Seneca Falls Man Arrested for DWI After Allegedly Leaving an Accident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 22^nd , 2013 at 6:55 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Paul C Davis age 61, of 4505 Kings Corners Rd Seneca Falls NY,  Davis was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, DWI Operating with a BAC of .08% or more and leaving the scene of property damage accident. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Davis went into a ditch then fled the scene on foot . Davis was located in the area  shortly thereafter by Sheriff's
Deputies. Davis is to appear before the Town of Varick Court on October 23^rd, 2013 at 7:00PM to answer the charges.
