Penn Yan Man Accused of Using Taser on Another

A 25 year old Penn Yan man has been arrested for allegedly using a taser on another individual. 

Michael Chambers is accused of using a stun gun while tasing a man at least two times during a verbal argument last Friday.  The unidentified victim transported himself to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital for medical attention. 

Chambers was issued an appearance ticket for village court.
