An Alton man has been charged in the death of a cat.  25 year old Elijah Ingram of the first block of Manor Court in Alton is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals after police say he killed a cat during a domestic dispute.  The alleged incident took place last Wednesday when he was arguing with a woman who was living with him.  Bond has been set at $30,000.

East Alton Police arrested 35 year old Michael Gray of the 200 block of South 9th in Wood River on a failure to appear warrant for battery.
