IL Residents Will Pay 'Slightly Less' With Exchanges

A new report says the health insurance exchange rates to be offered in Illinois will be among the lowest in the United States.  An analysis by the says Illinoisans who buy their health insurance through President Obama's new exchange plan will pay "slightly less" than the national average.  The government did not release exact details as to how much a person's premium might cost.  The insurance exchanges will begin offering plans starting next week.
