Store owners in Cayuga County who sell tobacco will now need a license. The county Legislature approved a law Tuesday which will require stores in the county to have a license to sell any tobacco product. Deb Mendzef is the Tobacco Program Coordinator with the Cayuga Community Health Network, and she says the new license is on top of a state permit already required.
