Less than two months to go before Election Day, and candidates are burning some leather on the campaign trail. Auburn City Councilor Matt Smith says people he's talking to are worried about money.

Business and home owners in Sennett received rebates checks for one hundred dollars this summer. Smith says spending in Auburn is out of control.
