Farmington Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI

On 09-20-13, at about 03:18 AM, Harry W. Dixon III (26 ) of 1145 Red Maple Way, Farmington, was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated. The charge is aggravated due to his blood alcohol content being . 18 or higher. This occurred after Mr. Dixon was stopped on State Route 96, Town of Victor, by Sheriffs Deputies for allegedly failing to keep right and driving while intoxicated. He was arrested and issued citations including for failure to keep right. He was released to a friend and will have to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges
