Rochester Man Arrested at Dunkin Donuts for Possession

Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 22 year old Jahleel Williams of Rochester on 09/20/13 at the Dunkin Donuts in Victor at 8:36PM for unlawful possession of marihuana following a report of a suspicious vehicle in the lot. Williams is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing marihuana. During the investigation it was discovered that Williams had an active bench warrant out of the City of Rochester for a previous aggravated unlicensed operation charge. Williams was issued an appearance ticket and custody was turned over to Rochester Police Officers. He will appear before the Victor Town Court at a later date.
