Charleston Police Department Responds to Two Vehicle Collision

The Charleston Police Department responded to a two vehicle collision on September 20th. 31-year-old Philip J. Redmon, of Charleston, was traveling westbound on Lincoln Avenue at the intersection with First Street. Redmon came to a complete stop at that location for traffic that was stopped for a red light at Division when he was struck in the rear by 21-year-old Malcolm L. Shannon, of Flossmoor.
