Charleston Police Respond to One Vehicle Incident

Charleston Police responded to a one vehicle incident on September 21st. 18-year-old Nathaniel A. White, of Janesville, was traveling southbound on 5th Street when a herd of deer ran across the roadway. In an attempt to stop, White locked up his brakes and steered into a ditch to avoid striking the deer. As a result, White struck the backside of the guardrail and continued to have his vehicle roll over several times.
