Iowa Women Don't Fare Well In New Report

A new report out this week doesn't paint a rosy picture for women in Iowa.  The Center for American Progress Action Fund examined how women are faring nationwide, and gives Iowa a C+ grade overall.  The "State of Women" report for Iowa gave a D+ for women in economic security, an F for leadership and an A- in health.  The report said Iowa's growth rate for women-owned businesses is "dismally low" compared to the rest of the country.
