Lakers' Kupchak Not Sure When Kobe Will Return

There is a feeling of unknown regarding the status of Lakers star Kobe Bryant.  Los Angeles general manager Mitch Kupchak met with the media Tuesday and said "I don't have a timeline" for when Bryant could potentially return from his torn left Achilles suffered in April.  LA opens up training camp on Saturday.  The Lakers first preseason game is October 5th against the Warriors and the regular season kicks off October 29th versus the Clippers.
