State receives federal funding for agricultural research

More than $900,000 in federal funds will be used to support 11 agricultural research projects across the state according to Governor Andrew Cuomo.  The funding will include $154,000 to support the state's wine and grape industry says Cuomo. The Governor says investing in research and development is crucial to growing New York's agricultural sector and economy.
