Tough night for Jr. spikers

A few local Jr. High volleyball teams hit the court Wednesday night.

The Benjamin Logan 8th grade team fell to Indian Valley in three sets: 22-25, 25-22, and 20-25.

Sydney Sines had 9 points, 4 aces, and 4 digs, Kinzie Jones delivered 10 aces, and Sabrina Lloyd added 2 kills and 3 digs.

The Benjamin Logan 7th grade team lost to Indian Valley in three games: 19-25, 25-17, and 18-25.

Maddie Bechtel had 7 points, 4 aces, and 2 assists, Sarah VanDyke recorded 3 aces and 3 kills, and Sydney Kossel added 6 aces.

The Raiders will host Graham tonight.

The Indian Lake 7th grade team fell to Northwestern 25-10, 27-25.

Belle Elliott, Tiana Hughes, Kelly Shoffner, and Nya Worrell led the Lakers.
