Rochester Man Stopped on Route 96 Charged with DWI

On September 26^th 2013 at approximately 11:24pm Clifford W. Stocking 48 of Rochester was charged by Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies with Driving While Intoxicated and Unispected Motor Vehicle following a road check stop on State Route 96 in the Town of Victor. He was issued tickets and will appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date.
