Shortsville Woman Allegedly Steals from Spencer Gifts

42 year old Kimerblie Fullagar of Shortsville was arrested for petit larceny following an incident where it is alledged that she stole $140.81 worth of merchandise from Spencer Gifts inside the Eastview Mall. The merchandise that was found on Mrs. Fullagar was several different types of lotions and lubricants as well as a "flirt whip" and spray on gold glitter. Mrs. Fullagar was also found in possession of several items from The Icing store in mall that she also alledgedly stole. Those items included two scarves and a container of eye make up valued at 33.50. Mrs. Fullagar was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date in the Town of Victor Court.
