A candidate running for County Executive says he wants to utilize the county's returning veterans as job coaches. Bemus Point Republican Vince Horrigan recently outlined his employability initiative proposal and says he wants to put veterans to work as job coaches in the county's work experience program. Horrigan, who had a military career, says his program would be pattern after the "Mission Continues" program which has been used across the nation. Horrigan is running against Ron Johnson, a Fredonia businessman.
